eStatements
CFS Inc. recognizes the growing trend of electronic statements and “green banking initiatives” and has developed a simple solution for financial institutions. With eStatements, financial institutions will be able to provide their customers with browser based access to their electronic statements and images, removing the need to print, stuff and mail paper statements. eStatements will drastically reduce the cost associated with providing statements to your customers while giving them complete access to all their images via the internet.
The Process
Process and Archive – Processes images and data of items from various forms of input, verifies account number, checks for duplicate items and organizes this information for easy research. Once completed, item images are transmitted to the eWizard server.
eStatement Processing - Uses the statement print spool file from the CORE to locate, assemble and reconcile images of items for transmission to the eWizard server.
Research - Provides the ability to research items, notices and statements. Account information is at the fingertips of the customer service reps, tellers, and the loan officers or any employee. These users are then able to research all account statements (text and images), customer checks since the last statement and customer notices. It also enables the viewing of a detailed snapshot of each day’s items in a spreadsheet. The user can also search by various criteria such as date, account number, etc.
Statement Printing – Uses the statement print spool file from the CORE to locate, assemble and reconcile images of items for printing and mailing, with or without images.
Notice Printing (optional) - Uses the NSF print spool file from the CORE to locate, assemble and reconcile images of items for printing and mailing, paid or returned.
eWizard - A server-side software program that delivers the images of items and electronic statements to your internet banking site. Now customers can view and print images of their checks and statements with the simple click of a mouse.
