Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Specialist to serve as the front-line support resource for our check processing and review platform.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining system reliability, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with exceptional communication abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical support requests

  • Provide application support for our check processing and review systems

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and server-related problems in a timely manner

  • Escalate complex issues to internal engineering or infrastructure teams as needed

  • Document incidents, root causes, resolutions, and client communications according to company standards

  • Assist with application updates, patches, deployments, and regression testing

  • Support Azure-hosted environments, including monitoring and basic server management tasks

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve system reliability and client experience
     

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in application or technical support in a professional environment

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Experience troubleshooting application, system, and connectivity issues

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud-hosted environments

  • Basic Azure server management experience, including:

    • Managing virtual machines (VMs)

    • Monitoring resource utilization and performance

    • Reviewing logs and system alerts

    • Supporting patching and updates

    • Understanding networking and security configurations

  • Experience working with Linux systems and command-line operations

  • Working knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation practices

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting financial services or payment processing applications

  • Familiarity with check imaging or transaction processing platforms

  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales function by ensuring pricing accuracy, contract documentation integrity, reseller training coordination, and purchase order processing. This role focuses on operational execution, documentation precision, and reseller support to ensure smooth deal flow and accurate revenue capture.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone early-to-mid career who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable learning financial products.

 

Key Responsibilities

Product & Reseller Support

  • Develop working knowledge of all CFS products, pricing structures, and delivery models.

  • Support reseller onboarding and training sessions.

  • Maintain and distribute current sales collateral and pricing documentation.

  • Respond to reseller product and pricing questions during active deals.

Contract & Pricing Review

  • Review contracts for pricing accuracy and alignment with approved rate structures.

  • Confirm consistency with standard templates.

  • Coordinate internal approvals when required.

  • Maintain organized documentation of executed agreements.

Purchase Orders & Booking Support

  • Process purchase orders in alignment with executed contracts.

  • Verify pricing and documentation prior to booking.

  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recording.

  • Maintain booking logs and deal documentation.

CRM & Reporting Support

  • Maintain CRM accuracy (deal stage, value, reseller attribution).

  • Assist with booking and pipeline reporting.

  • Track reseller production metrics.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–4 years in sales support, operations, account coordination, or administrative operations.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Comfort working with pricing structures and contracts.

  • CRM proficiency.

  • High attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B, fintech, or financial services.

  • Exposure to reseller or channel models.

  • Strong Excel skills.
